A mate of mine got some of these cards free with some Beetle Coffee anyway he had these cards with various puzzles of different difficulties and as best I understand it you collect the cards and tot up points whilst trying to gather clues as to where some item worth £100K is hidden.

Anyone else seen em?

perplex city has been going on for a while now, its a arg, alternate reality game with involves u calling numbers sending emails and stuff, u even end up getting phonecalls at 4 in the morning.

Well my monthly PC Zone magazine arrived this morning and there was a packet of 6 of these PerplexCity cards in it. I'm baffled to say the least.

I've been doing these cards for a few weeks now, i believe I'm ranked at around 3000 odd on the leader board, i think the game will draw to a close shortly though as they have just released the last wave of cards.

Ditto. There was a silver one in my pack, which is the rarest type, so I may try fleabaying it. (Or someone can make me an offer, e-mail in trust

Apparently the last card (#256) just has a picture of some chap on and presumably when you find him he hands over an IOU for £100,00.
Seems like grown up Pokemon to me.

I've done about 70-80 of them, pretty good to pass the time until Puzzledonkey 5 starts (if that will ever happen!).
