Description of problem

Vista installed fine, everything is fine except i get crashes after a few hours, such as 5-6.. blue screen and reboot, sometimes problem repeats and couple days later its fine..

No overlocking of any kind..
Vista 32bit and XP 32bit, with All drivers and updates installed makes no difference.

Ive run Prime, both FFT's and Blend, for a few hours, and temps are fine, no crash or errors...

the PC crashes when its idle, (i leave it on overnight to see if it would crash, and it does)..

What ive done

Memtest for few hours, no errors, on 1 stick , 2 sticks, and on different slots for 1 stick, overall 10 hours of memtest.

-- Returned "faulty" motherboard to OCUK, who said it passes prime and memtest? and they charged me another £20.. they said they updated the bios aswell.

-- Run HDD test, which passed (manufacturers software)

... Im still convinced the motherboard is faulty because theres hardly anything else there, unless the power supply or sata DVD-RW can be causing the problem?

or the CPU? but ive underclocked it to 1.6Ghz and its still the same problem

im thinking about buying this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...H AMD 740G (AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard..

Any help?

Thanks in advance
