Does anyone know if this is coming out in the UK? My daughter had thought it was coming out on Wednesday but it didnt appear and is desperate for it.

If not, is it relatively easy to make a US account?

No idea on a date but hopefully soon.

And yes it is very easy to make a US PSN account, and then grab some US PSN cards for payment.
