So, I grabbed this up yesterday, been playing, and so far...whats all the fuss about? Seriously, all I've done is go school...home...back to school and someone got murdered .

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not writing the game off just yet, but, does it pick-up at all?

The first couple of hours is pure story mode. At a certain point the chains are taken off and choices open up along with dungeons and RPG character elements.

That's ok then. I read that it's a RPG, and was wondering when some real combat would appear...I can't read the box as it's foreign. I payed £39 from Grainger Games.

I have also just read a good review and to be honest...it sounds freaking immense!!

My Vita has had a fair bit of use, finished Final Fantasy 7 for the 7th time now  1st time on Vita...started again :D Just finished disc 1 of Final Fantasy 9...and now starting this P4G...

I'm about 16 hours in and really enjoying it. I really enjoy the styling of the game, just a shame I went a bit daft when I picked up the Vita and have built up a small backlog of games as this is monopolizing my playtime.

OK...I take it back...just got my first 'Persona' and had a proper fight...awesome...and Teddie...WHERE CAN I BUY A REAL TOY VERSION?!?!!?

Eventually it will turn into a turn based combat JRPG, and it is good but it was never "awesome" to me, but I'll give it another chance I guess, on the Vita(about time I actually owned a cased Vita game!).

playing this at the moment after completing Persona 2 Portable and liking all the new updated graphics but finding story near enough identical to P2P just with different enemy locations and dungeon style. Was expecting it to be abit more different but still enjoying what is "more of the same"

I've got Persona 4 for PS2, I haven't had time to play it but are you able to spend time grinding or are you limited by time?

Never played a Persona game so looking forward to this. Still don't have a Vita mind, set myself a price point and only when I can get one for that will I buy one.

My copy came today, i managed to put in just over two hours before my vita needed a charge.
I loved the intro and the other fmv its feels like an anime. Ive just got my two personas and i cant wait to continue.

Cya in about 60 hours that's if you don't dive in straight away to NG+

Hi I am several hours in (just rescued yukiko) and could do with some tips.

I have read that you should repeat the dungeon, how would I do this? Is it even possible with yukiko dungeon?

What is the deal with collecting and fusing personas ? I keep getting new personas from the card shuffle. Sometimes I have had to discard personas because my hand was full. Because of this I decided to fuse a few personas to "use them up". I presume there should be a bit more strategy behind this! What should I be doing?

Sold mine, dungeon crawling was so tedious I gave up. You can go back into the TV through the store and talk to Ted and go back, there will be a boss at the end who you are unlikely to beat.

I did the same, I enjoyed the game but required far too much grinding to get to the next stage and the fact you have to choice of social links or grinding made it a pain to grind more then once a month.

Is this the case for even the early dungeons?

All the dungeons are like that, if you beat the dungeon early during the week, you can go back into it to level up and grind mobs as the dungeon repopulates, with a different boss at the end.

You don't have to do this, but it does help i think.
