Personalize not working?!

Get this error, tried system restore but it didnt work, any ideas?!
EDIT: On vista 64bit Home Premium

Try this..

1) Launch services.msc from a run command
2) Find the SLUNotify service & stop it
3) Find the Software Licensing service & stop it (it may say that ReadyBoost needs that service to run; stop it anyway)
4) Restart both services, starting with Software Licensing

tried that it didnt work, however my SLUNotify service was already stopped?

Thanks for the link i've had to request the hotfix from microsoft to get it which i've never had to do before?

Any more suggestions?

Actually i've finished installing my SP1 and restarted, all working now, have no idea why, but thats vista for you! Can close thread now if you want.
