PES 08 - Recommend a controller???

I was thinking about getting a new controller to use on PES 08. Is it true that you can use a 360 controller?

If so which would you recommend that I get. Dont really want a wireless one.

If not the 360 controller which would you recommend, something cheap and good please.

in the latest edition of pc format the 360 controller won hands down. You can get them in the wired format, so id reccomend one of them. Im looking to get one of these so i can get pro evo, dont really fancy playing it on the keyboard!

I second the recommendation for the 360 controller, i just got one at the beginning of the month especially for FIFA and now PES 2008 (fifa was just a stop-gap until PES came out) and it's the mutts nuts!

iv got a 360 controller too, got it for £30 with the crossfire connection from a local store as some muppet had bought it and took it back saying it didnt work on their pc because they didnt have any USB ports(lol)
its spot on, means my friends can bring round their wireless pads too to play or whatever. wired ones are spot on too tho, lovely big cable so u can sit back n relax
