Pes 2008 & sensible soccer 98

Ok guys this is a long shot. Currently i play pes 2008 (aswell as modern pro on ps4) on oc (2008 on pc). On the pc i run windows 8 and have an inbuilt graphics card.

I also play sensible soccer 98 on an old xp laptop running the basics.

What i want is to run both on a pc. Just wondering if anyone knew the specs id need for this if at all possible ?

Given that we are talking about games that are 11 and 21 years old repectively I'd be surprised if any relatively modern PC wouldn't run both specs-wise (although compatibility is another issue all together!)

As mentioned above, specs would be fine compatibility maybe not. GOG.com have SWOS 96/97 for £4.79 which will work on Windows 7/8/10, maybe easier to switch game?
