is the 360 version better/worse than the PC version?

I know you cannot change a lot of things on the 360 version! but what the gameplay like?

Topher

i have the PC, PS2 and 360 versions. The PC version is the best of the 3, because of crisp graphics and features (easy to update etc). The 360 version was rushed and has less options, although i do like the slower gameplay.

The 360 version uses a brand new game engine, where the PC version uses the same engine as the PS2 / Xbox versions. (Except with crisper textures etc)

PC version is better because you are able to download option files and team updates etc easily.
On the PC one you can get an option file off the web which adds all the proper kits, logos, stadiums, team club and player names etc. Makes it easily as authentic as Fifa while keeping the better Pro Evo gameplay.
Get the PC version

If you want to play online then the 360 version is better, offline then PC is much better once you update the game. I would say the gameplay is better on the 360 IMO not so much cheap tap ins from 2 yards which seems to be the norm on the PC online.

What does the PC update do? I don't think I've ever updated mine.

You can update the option file to get all the right teams and transfers, there is a lot of them out there some add in the Bundesliga again or even the SPL, you can add in 100's of stadiums and new balls and hi-res kits, pretty much the whole game can be changed, its quite mind boggling to begin with TBH, check out evo-web as I find that has most updates and lots of people to help get you started.

Cheers, I'll have a look :)

I just think they spent to much time putting HDR etc into the new graphics engine for the 360 version, but failed to sort out the gameplay properly

you bought the same game 3 times

I did too, I have it on all 3 and the ps2 version is still my fave on and offline. PC version is great though also. Couldn't stand 360 version personally, can't even find words to describe how bad it is.

I get quite a lot of slowdown when taking or defending corners and free kicks around the penalty area in the 360 version. It really spoils what is otherwise a fantastic game for me.
