PES08 - Why so cheap?

Can be had for £17.99 for pc. Yet on 360/ps3 its £40.. (im not complaining)

I think it's really good, and I'm talking PC [with a 360 controller]. People seem to think this one "sucks" because it's harder to score this time and more realistic. Imo it's better for these two factors, more challenging and harder to master.

One thing i did like about FIFA 08 was te ability to play as one single player on the field, that was pretty cool.

You can do that on PES 2008 too by changing your cursor in the cursor select screen. Press square or X on the xbox pad and then go on cursor spd and make it go all the way to the left and then change it to "Fixed".

Then you can choose your player and change any time you want through the pause menu.

its because they dont have to pay the console maker fees for making a game on there system.

I agree... PC 08 was a big time suck-fest... awaiting to try it on my 360
