After trying the demo, i was impressed enough to buy PES2008. I have no PES background whatsoever, this being the first version i have ever played.
Anyway, something called GamerOSD came with my ASUS 8800GT card. Its a small piece of software that you can execute whilst gaming. You can view frames per second, take snapshots of the game and also record videos of you gaming acievements. Sounds a bit naff, but its quite useful, especially when I score a cracking goal.
Now, it worked fine under the demo, but everytime i try and use it during the game, i get a blue screen where i can see some white text on a blue background for about half a second, the screen then goes black and the PC reboots. The blue screen looks similar to a stop screen, but it happens so fast i can`t be sure.
Now, its no great loss, but i hate things like this. I always try and find a cause/solution.
Anybody any ideas the best way to diagnose this? Could it be the hotkey combo?
I suppose the 2 programs could just be completely incompatible. I googled but could not find anything as many people probably don`t use the GamerOSD.
Just wondered if anyone had experienced anything similar, perhaps with fraps running for example.
Spec as sig. XP Home. The Hotkeys for GamerOSD are Ctrl+Alt+O.
