Petition: Abandon On-Street Parking Charges @ Matlock Bath

what a load of crock. most bikers are only there an hour tops. Me being one of them. We stop, have a drink and some chips etc, look at some bikes and then on our merry way.

Ridiculous to try and start charging us now. Annoys me they even charge you up at 'pav' to park as well.
