Disclaimer: I'll be completely up-front and admit that I work for Pexip!
A quick summary is that Pexip allows users using any combination of those systems to connect together with audio/video/content sharing - and is something that we use on a daily basis at my workplace for both Virtual Meeting Rooms (for muli-person calls) and gatewayed calls (for point to point calls). It works well.
However, rather than re-stating the marketing claims about seamless WebRTC/Lync and also SIP/H.323 interop (including Polycom equipment, of course) maybe the best course of action is for you to try it yourself to see if it meets with your needs/expectations in your environment?
If you wish to, you can either try a cloud based trial (no installation required) or you can download and install on your own Vmware (or similar) virtualized infrastructure to try it out yourself if you have some spare capacity.
