PFN LIST CORRUPT - HELP!!!

Hi guys

Just upgraded a PC for my daughter. Installing fresh OEM copy of XP home. Only get so far in install, then faced with BSOD - and message PFN LIST CORRUPT. Googled this, but nnot a lot of help.

I'm installing this onto a brand new 250GB Samsung SATA drive.

Any ideas????

Try running memtest first to check if ram is ok. Next culprit would be the hard drive
