My laptop has had two blue screens over the past couple of days saying "PFN_List_Corrupt"

Does anyone know what this is and is it fixable?

Well guys it seems its caused by corrupt physical RAM, or by drivers passing bad memory descriptor lists. Is it possible to test for the latter?
