Seems like a complete mess. There will be new monitors announced in 2023 I’m guessing. Been expecting this for quite some time, with no info whatsoever.

Hopefully CES brings at least paper announcements of products with competing 1152 zone BOE panel which was scheduled to go into production at July:
Even if actual availability would be like summer that could bring price pressure.

That’s what I’m hoping. There must have been issues with the PG32UQXE for it to have been pushed this far back. Like you say with the new CES announcements I think the price will have to come down from what I expected it to be, if had of been released on time.

Cooler Master Tempest GP27U should be with same AUO tech panel (just different size) and that's major amount cheaper than not available prices of Acer X32 FP there has been.
Asus again will be expensive no matter what, unless they ditch Nvidia/Yakuza-Jen tax module.

Though who knows if there could be also DisplayPort 2.0 supporting control logic coming and Acer is going to do new revision for CES release.
With DP 2.0 release almost 3½ years ago that should have been enough time to develop and test controllers for it.
