PGR3 Style Racer Badge Problem

I was playing PGR3 today and I said that I had achieved the “Style Racer Badge” it is in the badges part of PGR3 but does not come up in my achievements list on xbox.com. Any idea what the problem is?

iirc there are ingame badges , like get silver medals in all events

and then there are xbox achievements, like be a photographer

maybe thats it
