PGR4 Online

Just played my first online game of PGR4. Can someone please explain what a "PGR4 Tool" is. After beating a guy who was talking bs all the way through the race (and getting two achievements may i add, inc 'Giant killer' ) he tells me to stop using my 'PGR4 Tool'. What the heck are they?

I have literally a single arcade race to do before i have done everything on silver mode, but have become stuck.

It's event 5 (a cone attack event) in the 'Ultimate Challenge' chapter of arcade mode. Have tried about 6 times now and am always a good 30 seconds off Can anyone offer some advice?

woohoo, nm just did it. Cant believe i had never used the speed triple throughout the whole of career mode!

EDIT: just to check it wasn't a fluke i gave the same track a go with a Ferrari and did it with 10 seconds to spare.
