hi all does any one know of a good Misson that i can keep redoing that gives Good Misson points and a Good misson for EXP and money? and yes i know my user name says GOD_OF_GAMES lol.

It's been such a long time since I played it, but from my own personal way of doing it back then, I kept on grinding the Cargo Train Rescue mission at Parum. 5 minutes or less, easy to S-rank, and I liked listening to the funky music. 
Course it all depends on what current level you are, but this was the one I did the most.

when do i get that one im on chapter 4 at mo and me level is 16

Can't remember which point exactly, but I'm sure the mission unlocks after you do the actual Cargo Train stage during the main storyline mode.
Another decent earlier mission you can do is the one where you get to fight the Dragon boss.
