Phantek customer service

Had a missing MB pass through cable for my NV9. Emailed them and while it was out of stock for a month they sent one from US as soon as they had one. Good service from them.
 
I've had to speak to them several times over the years since they launched and every time support so far has been great and arranged replacement parts.
 
I'm amazed with phantek customer service I have defective paint on the top panel of my nv9, I emailed them on Tuesday and they got back to me Wednesday afternoon saying the replacement part will be sent out asap.
Can't fault that.

What's their email?

Want to contact them about a 12v cable for one of their PSU's.
