I have been waiting on a replacement top panel for my nv9 as there is a mark on it where the paint is very thin, contacted their customer service on Feb and was promised a new one with in a few weeks and I'm still waiting on them sorting it out, I'm very disappointed in this it's not very professional of them, I've gone on reddit and it seems I'm not the only one that's got this problem.
 
When I bought the NV7 and it came with the defective bottom bracket, the replacement took about one week. Previously, with the Enthoo Primo, replacement light bar/front I/O, the same. I would try and contact them again. Possibly someone “forgot” about your issue.
 
Never had any problems with their customer service
Spare parts arrived from Holland in under
A week from initial contact with them
Think was parts for enthoo primo,luxe and luxe 2 (renamed to the 719 i think)
