Phantek Enthoo Primo front filter clips

Right just went to open up the front fan filter and the clips are broken. I have to use double sided tape to keep the front fan filter stuck to the case. I have contacted Phantek as its a common fault with the clips but no luck.

I have used the contact us page but nothing so is there other ways of contacting them?

When did you contact OCUK and Phantek?

This, obviously i cant link to the auction site but google theese.

Brabantia compatible latch replacement Touch Lid bin catch spare repair clip

Bought some a while back just to have on standby, as breakage seems to be common on theese clips. Thankfully my stock ones have been fine.

Alternatively, theres a modification using small magnets on the panel that can be done. If i can find it ill add it here.:)
