Phanteks Case LED settings not working

Hi All

Just received my PC with a Phanteks Eclipse P400 Air Midi Tower DRGB Case but the buttons to change modes and colours for the front fans doesn't do anything. Any advice on how to change it or does it need to be rewired? It came pre-built so not something I've done wrong myself but would like to charge the default colour and mode.

Hi Kurgen

Yes thanks, seems it is connected to Mother board and have installed the software and can now change settings, HOWEVER now have another issue as can't get the setting to stay as they are and they keep defaulting back to the default settings so have to manually go and activate my setting pin the software after every restart.

Haven't been able to set it so it always starts up in my preferred settings, any ideas?
