Phanteks - corroded / melted cable?

The front LED strips on my Phanteks Luxe stopped working, having a look at the connectors and one looks corroded / melted. Anyone seen anything like this before?

Can't say I have.

If you're looking for customer service from phanteks good luck with that. Go with the retailer you bought it off.

There were pretty prompt in sending replacement LED strips to be fair, but I guess time will tell
