Need some help. I would like to change the front fan to a 200mm LED fan. Or should I do 2 140s. I want led,but don't know if 200mm or 2 140's is best?

Got a budget/purpose in mind? 200mm would be quieter but I expect 2 x 140mm would provide better airflow.

You can do a 200mm and 140mm fan in the evolv by the way, the 200mm goes in front and the 140mm would mount behind, the 140mm will sit over the top of the 200mm though. I dont know if that would have an impact on airflow etc.

remove that noisy 200mm fan ( it's out of balance) and replace it with two phanteks 140s..... the ones that are sold out here, the expensive ones

Been playing about all day and came to the conclusion that 2x140mm in the front is the way to go. Temps have been consistent within a couple of degrees with 2x140mm or 200mm front/140mm back.

Noise wise, subjectively, I've settle on 2x140mm Enermax UCTA14N-R @7.5V in the front and 1x140mm Enermax UCTA14N-R @9V in the back. Almost silent (to me) and I'm getting the same temps (in HWMonitor) as the default Phanteks setup.

..............3 corsair 140 white led in roof
..............2 phanteks 140 in front

140 x 2 is the best for intake and phanteks are the best fans

I use x5 140mm fans in my Evolv.
