Phantek's Enthoo Primo fans not working

Hi guys, just put my rig in this case, and none of the fans are working via the PWM module.

I've taken everything off now bar 1 single fan, and powered the PWM module direct from the motherboard and also from a Molex but no luck.

Any ideas?

Seems that it's the fan port it doesn't like, plugged it into the CPU one and it's fine.
