These EVOLV ATX front fans are too loud. What would be the best replacements?

I use Akasa Apache fans, tried many brands these seem good all rounders.

But everyone has thier favourites

I really like the Noctua NF-A14 PWM fan. They aren't cheap. I hear there very quiet.

If thats the ones you like, look up some reviews on them, see how they perform.

Good quality fans but arnt cheap.

Personally I find noctua fans overrated. I have replaced the two front fans in my fractual r5 with noctuas and they are only slightly better fans and than the stock case fans and if I turn them up slightly I find the noise of them far more noticeable than the stock fans. I have had apache fans in the past and they were very good. (Only had 120mm models though)
