Phanteks evolve X strange smell discovered!!!!!

So I've come back to a strange smell in my room.
After some investigation around my PC I took off the top panel and discovered this.......

How would this of happened, has anyone else experienced this?

It's only a couple of months old bought from ocuk

How would people proceed now ?

My first port of call would be to contact Phantek directly to see if they can send you a replacement PCB or complete switch to replace it with. Failing that contact the seller for warranty claim.
