Phanteks Glacier Build Quality

I'm currently using a watercool heatkiller IV pro and it's a quality block typical German engineering but as it's AM4 I'm unable to rotate the block for horizontal ports so i can't change my loop to run in parallel. I don't want to go EK so was looking at a Glacier C350A or C360A? I have a Evolv X case and it's excellent so i'm hoping the build quality on these block are just as good but just wanted to double check?

Use the Glacier C350I (just the Intel mound rather then AMD) along with Glacier G1080Ti Strix block in my HTPC build. Fit and finish on both is superb. Main rig uses EK stuff and would have no hesitation going for either from a quality perspective or performance.
