EDIT: No help needed anymore. Feel free to delete this (brute force and perceverance were all I needed!)
Hey all!
I've just had a look around and I can't see anyone else having this problem, so I'm hoping you can help. I've just received a custom PC built by Overclockers, and there's some internal packaging I can't remove because the window side of the case (Phanteks P400, not the tempered glass one) won't open. The thumb screws seem to stick and won't pop the case open when I try. No matter what I do there seems to be resistance somewhere on the panel. It's weird because the other side of the case opens fine, and I've consulted the user manual for the Phanteks case, and I'm doing everything as specified.
Any ideas on how to loosen stubborn thumb screws without damaging the case or components therein? I'd love to hear your suggestions while I wait for a ticket to be resolved by the OC Team.
Cheers in advance!
