Phanteks PH-TC14PE, need some quick help.

If anyone owns one of these especially the blue version can you tell me if the finish on the top is as bad as this on yours ? Its the same on virtually each corner of both fins.

Mine looks a lot better than that mate.

My 2000 reg Rover 25 has a better finish. Jk

Doesn't look that bad really but disappointing.

Thanks, i didn't think a high end cooler should have a ropey finish like that, just good to have it confirmed.

This was ordered from somewhere else, i spoke to Overclockers on the phone about ordering one and asked if they could just check to see what their ones are like as i think they only had about 4 in stock so shouldn't take long to just lift the lids of the boxes, i spoke to someone called Ashley and he opened one of the boxes and he said that one was the same, he's going to check the others and get back to me.

If someone has a blue one could they take some close ups of the top corners of their cooler to see if yours has these odd looking stripes in the finish.

Send Phanteks Customer Service an email with pics of your cooler top and ask them. My guess is they will send you a good one and pay post to return the bad one you have. I had a very miner problem with a bottom fin felling like it might be loose. My replacement is in the post right now.

Phanteks has outstanding customer service.
