Hey guys im new to Overclockers, I would like to know will this cooler clear Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer ram and fit into the Sabertooth Z77? I got Ripjaws X right now but I dont think the cooler would clear that ram in a HAF X

No, but the heatsink only sticks up a little bit. Comparing pictures of the Tactical Tracer RAM to the Phenteks picture in the review above, it looks like it should fit nicely.

Thats great thanks, also the little metal clips that clip the fans to the heatsink on the Phanteks cooler, can they short circuit the GPU if they come in contact?

Any metal touching the back of an exposed circuit board could indeed short it. I suggest a couple of tiny rubber sticky-back nipples/stoppers to keep a gap, or some thick tape of some sort.

You can get them at DIY stores, usually in the kitchen accessories section and on the *Bay for dirt cheap.

there is lots of room for Tactical Tracer.

just put a little tape on the fans clips before fitting

The RipJawX definitely will not fit unless you move the fan further up but then height becomes a problem. Those Crucial should fit nicely.
