Ordered a Brand new luxe from ocuk and it arrived today this my second the other was from a forum member and was built for a mate.
The foam the case was packed in was cracked and broke apart as soon as I taken it out the Box. The accessories box was loose and rattling around the cage and the most annoying thing is the back right foot is missing the rubber pad and it rocks sideways.
Anyone got any idea if I can get spare rubber feet for it or if I need to contact phanteks instead of ocuk as I dont think returning it for these minor issues should be needed.
Anyone have poor QC from a phanteks case.
