Phanteks RGB LED Strips

I bought a PC from Overclockers that has these LED strips inside the case (A Phanteks Ecipse P350). I'm having trouble with changing the colour of the LEDs. There is a button on the case that changes the colour of the LEDs on the case but not these. I also tried downloading Gigabyte's RGB Fusion software as I have a Gigabyte Z390 Motherboard but it doesn't detect anything except an SLI bridge that I'm not aware is even in the PC.

I'm not very experienced with PC hardware so forgive me if this is something simple. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Some of these LED strips come with a little wired remote control it could be hidden inside the case behind the right side panel possible ?

Assuming this is the P350X as afaik there is no normal P350, then double check to make sure the strips are connected to the front panel buttons that change the led strip. Your right in that the two buttons at the front of the case should be able to manage the lighting. May just be the light strips are not connected to the front panel RGB buttons.

You have not mentioned what motherboard you have specifically, but if it has an addressable RGB header (header with 3 pins and not 4) then you can connect the light strips in the case to that header and manage the lighting via the gigabyte RGB fusion software. It should appear once you hook up the cables to the header.
