Phanteks Spares

I bought an Enthoo Luxe from the MM and it arrived with the side window smashed. Can I get spares? It looks like the acrylic can be easily changed out without needing a full side panel.

I checked Phanteks website but they don't have a shop there? Just looking for someone who may have experience in dealing with them.

Yeah just send a msg to phanteks support. I paid £20 for acrylic window to my evolv side panel. They will send you quote back and how to pay

Sorry to dig this back up, but did you get this sorted in the end? I've just sent my old Enthoo Luxe via UPS and it has turned up with the side window completely out of the housing, and most of the side bits cracked and / or snapped. If you have a contact, that would be fantastic - thanks!

Phantek_care I think that's the rep on here,but if you bought it new from a shop I would contact them.
