I have been reading on the forum that allot of members are getting a free pwm adapters from phantek. Contacted them a week ago and heard nothing back, contacted them again and still nothing. What are you guys doing to get a response? I ordered 3 of their fans and obviously the heatsink and require another adapter for the 3d fan.
 
I contacted them just before noon today about not getting reply from their support and adapter forms. Had reply in 15 minutes that they were looking into the problem. Received email adapter is being sent an hour ago.:D
 
Sods law , just when you think that’s it after monitoring your inbox for 5 days, you get an email saying "Hi, your adapter has been shipped" xD
