As I value your judgment, is that at all rpm or just full speed?

At full RPM, the Phanteks is definitely louder. Xbit did a test measuring noise level with RPM and unfortunately, the Phanteks didn't perform favourably to the Noctua. Thermalright fans are still the best in that regard.

I'm running my TY-140 fans and Phanteks are setting on the shelf. Should probably sell them.

Maybe get some TY-143 for my system.
