There is no PM system enabled on these forums only the trust system which allows the forum to relay a message to your email address

I have messaged using Trust, received replies and been posted needed bits.
I had contacted Phanteks using their website a couple months ago. The hand writing is the same on posts I received then and now.

Great customer support.
