I'm not a huge fan of itunes, but I use it because I'm too lazy to use a good alternative. Anyway, I've been using it for a couple of years with no problems, but I then discovered podcasts. And used itunes to download them easily, because its fast and easy. And I copied them all to my ipod, which I manage manually. They copied fine, and I listened to them all, but then I tried to delete them, and couldn't see them anywhere in itunes. After a load of poking around, I couldn't see anything, so I gave up looking and just went into the ipod and deleted the podcasts directly (Having to use the file tag info, because of the jumbled names itunes does).
However, this doesn't seem to have worked properly. And now, after adding some more podcasts to replace those I deleted, I've ended up with this:

My ipod's got more music on it than there's room for. And the podcast episodes I manually deleted are still showing up on the ipod as well. Any ideas of how to properly delete them?
