Phase One Capture One or Lightroom 4

I currently use Phase One Capture One v6, but see a lot of talk about Lightroom 4 on here. Has anyone had experience of both and can offer advice as to which is better

I've used Phase One quite a bit and it doesn't get near lightroom for workflow and user friendliness.

Lightrooms noise reduction tool is a lot better as well.

Thanks for the reply. I'll grab a copy of the trial. I used to really like Phase One in versions 3 to 4, then they changed the interface totally.
