Anyone got any crackers, I've got a good steady supply of pheasants for a quid a brace at the moment, slow braised in cider is what I've been doing but I'd quite like to mix it up.
Note, I can be arsed with plucking so it's skinned pheasant I'm working with, got some quartered and some whole, and a pile of offal.
I was thinking pheasant burgers soon.
