CPU NB I wouldn't put anymore than 1.5v in, although some people don't even like going north of 1.4v
For the CPU itself 1.55v would be the max I let going through a Phenom II.

Ok thats sounds good.
I have my cpu/northbridge at 1.3v and I haven't been able to get it fully stable at 2800mhz.
Now I know I can take it higher I will put it on cpu/nb on 2800 1.4v.

have you unlocked the cores?
my nb is stable at 2800 at 1.2v
I my cpu I can get 3.8 at 1.32v, temps skyrocket after that and it's not worth the extra noise/temps.
