Phenom II 1090t Voltage

I've overclocked my CPU to 4.0ghz currently 1.4250 voltage.. and my NB and HT is 2600 with 1.225 voltage... currently 12 hours of prime and no errors..

Anyway..... My question is why is CPUZ And Amd Over Drive showing my cpu to be going up to 1.44v???? When in bios its set to 1.4250??

Its just popping up to 1.43 - 1.44 now and again... my average over all is 1.425

Voltages, even thought they are set up you, can change the tiniest bit on their own to keep the cpu going on an overclock.

It happens on my Athlon X4 640. I have it set at stock which is 1.375v even on my 3.5ghz OC, and when gaming it does up to 1.392. I think it does this to keep everything in check really.
