Im up to 3.7 and stable and not on crazy volts...

Can I dare to ask what sort of volts people are putting through these things for standard use not just to run a benchmark....

Wondering if 1.5 is poss?

I used to run 1.5 through my 90nm Athlon and considering that these are 45nm one would assume they use less volts. I recall reading somewhere around here that about 1.4 was a good figure.

It all depends on what cooling you use of course. If its under water then you can ramp up the volts since the temperature is kept in check. Just monitor the temps tbh.
