Here's my overclock profile: http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1082251
Please note my Voltage is 1.3675, not 1.5v..

I've had this running at 3.6 with a fan drawing air in with a Corsair H50.

Now I've added 2 Apache's in push/pull, and some artic silver with the line method, I'm getting BSoD in-games and prime95.

Idle temps were: 38-40c, load temps 51c (In COD:MW2)

Anything I can try, do you think my paste is incorrrectly applied?

I have a massive case, the ACTS840.

My airflow:

Its not stable. Have a look at your RAM speeds, Hyper Transport and North Bridge speeds Mine was doing the same after 4 mins of stress testing on OCCT lowered the HT speed down and hey presto.

The cooling isnt an issue them temps are fine. Just overclock the actually CPU speed nothing else and then once stable up the North bridge and HT link if you want.

Its nothing to do with the fans..

If a CPU is unstable it could lock up or crash at any time, its not a case of say 1.4v will crash 7 mins in and 1.39v will crash 6 mins in every time. You need to look at your overclock settings as suggested by rumble291
