Phenom II X4 955 Core Temps

can you suggest a relatively good air-cooler for this CPU? something not too expensive, but also very good?

...so it should take CPU overclocking quite comfortably

Let's say I want to reach 3.8-4.0 with temps under 100% load going under the chip's max of 62 degrees C...

Can you recommend any cooler in particular?
 
the temp on my 955 and stock cooler (that had heat pipes) was idling about 40-50c and rapidly increased insanely when i ram prime 95.

i put a sunbeam core contact freezer on it and it now hits 45c on prime95 and idles about 29-33c in a hot room.

i would recommend any one with the 955 to ditch the stock cooler and get a proper heat sink for it, even tried reseating it with some artic silver 5 no difference.

I might need to change my case too :(
It IS an ATX case, but it is only 16cm wide! Most coolers seem to need more space than that (considering that some of those 16cm will be taken up by the chassis and the motherboard internally)....
 
I originally had a zalman 9900 but placed this on my e8500 set up when I got a coolermaster V8.

Roughly the same temps but I hate the way to install it so I say get a zalman
