Phenom II X4 955 DDR 3 1333 mhz Support?

Hey guys I will be getting the above processor(on a tight budget for now), I've read that it supports up to DDR3 1333mhz. So if I have 1600mhz RAM will it work?. and can I overclock the CPU?

Thx for the response guys, So should I get the 1600mhz RAM or stick with 1333mhz RAM(Would it be possible to overclock that to 1600mhz with no issues?). I'd prefer 1600mhz as it would speed up loading on games etc??

Running 4x 2GB sticks (8GB) 1672Mhz 7-8-7-24.

Nice, same processor may I ask lol? Would that be on an overclocked 1600mhz RAM?
