Phenom x3 ram

Hi all,

As mentioned in one of my earlier posts...
I have a Packard Bell iMedia PC with a Phenom x3 8450 with 3 sticks of 800mhz DDR 2 ram.
It appears on the CPU Z as in dual channel but how ?

I keep wondering if removing a stick would speed my system up a bit or should I leave it alone.
