Phenom X4 980 value?

Anyone have a clue how much a Phenom 980 is worth?. I have looked on a well known auction site and there is no 980's or for that matter 975.s either,. A few 965's are on there, which I am watching to see what they sell for.

Noticed people are bidding X4 965 £36 just hours away from close auction.
