PhenomTM 9600 Quad-Core?

I've read a lot about this cpu and have been offered a very cheap.
Just wondering what everyones opinions on this are?

if its very cheap then it'll be worth it. just remember it as the TLB bug, you'll probably won't ever see it..

Is it a lot better then a 4400x2 dual core?

depends... what do u use your pc for? also do u overclock?

I have overclocked this 4400x2 before, but know I've put it back at stock speeds.
I'll be mainly using it as an upgrade for gaming.

but he saying about gaming, which will be the same.. that why i said "in gaming no it won't"

So no games these days take advantage of all 4 cores?
I'll put this cpu as future proof then.
