Being a fan of AC/DC this has come as a bit of a shock. I know the guy has always been a bit of trouble, but trying to hire hitmen to kill people....?

With a new album on the way an talk of a tour, this seems like a bad day for the band.

Mind you, there are mutterings that he may not even still be in the band. If that is the case, I wonder who it was he was trying to kill?

Fair play to him though he has big balls for breaking the rules. Mind you, from the pictures I have seen it looks like he is on borrowed time. I just hope he survives being deep in the hole. I would love to be a fly on the wall when he meets his horny cell mate, Big Jack who is invariably going to be hard as a rock as he says "lets make it, little lover, if you want blood (you've got it)". I bet Phil's face would be a picture as he realises in the moment that he becomes a mistress for Christmas that hell ain't a bad place to be.

Must be terrible to be caught with your pants down!

But moneytalks and an old rocker like Phil might have a mean streak but come hell or high water he will pay the best in the business to make sure he does not go down.
